Recruitment privacy

When you apply for a role with AKRIVA, we use the information you submit to administer recruitment, assess suitability for the relevant role, communicate with you about your application, maintain recruitment records and, where appropriate, conduct proportionate reference or qualification checks.

At the initial application stage, applicants should not submit unnecessary identity, banking, pension, medical or other sensitive documents unless AKRIVA specifically requests them for a legitimate later-stage recruitment or onboarding purpose.

Recruitment information may include contact details, employment and education history, CV information, role-assessment responses and recruitment correspondence. Access should be limited to persons involved in recruitment, management approval or related administration.

Providing an application does not create an employment relationship. Applicants may contact AKRIVA using the details in this notice regarding questions about their personal information.
